From the Desk of President

We are happy to inform that the Raipur Kerala Samajam has come up with a website of its own. This website will help the members of the Samajam across the globe to stay connected and updated with the happenings of the Samajam. It is a journey of continuous improvement over the edifice built by the founding fathers of the Raipur Kerala Samajam. We are proud of its legacy and we continuously strive to be better than we were yesterday.

Formed in 1957 by a few Keralites who migrated from Kerala in search of jobs, we have come a long way in establishing ourselves as an institution of excellence, promoting education, socio-cultural, and charitable activities. However, we don’t want to rest on our laurels. The mark we have made is hard-earned and that has made us resilient to the vagaries of the changes and challenges that we face every day.

Though we strive to uphold our cultural identity as Keralites however will always remain a proud partner in nation building. Malayalees have been residing in Chhattisgarh for over six decades now, our children and grandchildren are born and brought up in Chhattisgarh, as such we have assimilated ourselves with Chhattisgarh culture and traditions. Hence we are proud to be Chhattisgarhi Malayalees.
